Refund Policy

 

If you cancel your appointment with a notice of at least 24 hours, you will be entitled to the opportunity to reschedule without incurring any extra charges. Cancellations that occur less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time are not eligible for a refund.  Refunds that are approved will be processed back to your original payment method within a timeframe of 5 to 7 business days.
